Using the tools
The time and state converters calculate in your browser. Their input values are not sent to a conversion server or included in analytics. The state converter downloads Earth-orientation data from this website when needed.
Contact messages
When you contact us, we process the name, email address, and message you provide to respond to your enquiry. Messages are delivered through our email service. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information. Correspondence may be retained while handling the enquiry and related work, or where recordkeeping obligations apply.
Optional traffic and performance measurement
If you choose “Allow analytics,” Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights help us understand which pages are visited and how the website performs. Reports may include page visits, referring sites, approximate country, device and browser information, and performance measurements. Vercel processes network request information to produce these reports.
We remove query strings and URL fragments from the page URLs we send and restrict them to known public pages. We do not send contact contents or converter inputs as analytics events. This site does not include advertising pixels or session replay.
Vercel describes its analytics as using request-derived identifiers rather than tracking cookies, with visitor identifiers discarded after 24 hours. That is not a promise that all aggregate reports are deleted after 24 hours. Read Vercel’s analytics privacy information and Speed Insights privacy information.
Your choice
Optional measurement is off until you allow it. You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of every page. We store that choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days; it is not an advertising identifier. Clearing your browser data removes it. Turning analytics off stops future optional events; it does not remove data already collected.
Hosting and abuse protection
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes requests and security information, including IP addresses, to serve the website and protect it against abuse. Contact rate limits use this security infrastructure. This necessary processing is separate from optional analytics and continues when you decline analytics.
Providers and privacy requests
Hosting, analytics, and email providers may process information outside your country. Their safeguards and retention practices are described in their policies, including Vercel’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for the configured mail service.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact Keystone with a privacy request or questions about this notice.
